The A.I. teammates will go for the QB and other players, while you can race for the people who got the ball from passing You may want Kiesha Phillips as your center.

When playing defense, press R and you will become the person in front of the ball. When the ball is snapped, press A for a burst of speed. The blocker will fall over, and you can tackle the quarterback.
